Hi there, our names are Nina and Alex Hemingway and its a pleasure to meet you. In the summer of 2023 we began investing in short term rentals and have been able to be a part of many great unique experiences since. Those experiences immersed us in the business along with making everlasting experiences and memories for our guests. Through our experiences we’ve developed systems in place for seamless communication, attracting fitting clientele with quality listings, market trends for best value!

Nina and I have become travelholics when we started dating in the midst of Covid-19. Ever since we‘ve made it a point to travel to all differnent places around the world. We figure that we only live once and want to make our life a living scrapbook of memories and experiences. This is when we realized that we share the same passion with all types of people like us. We travel using Airbnb and VRBO to see both sides of the business and implement new and always fresh ideas to maximize our investment.
